HOW TO COOK

1. Rinse gently twice. Soak 1 cup rice in 1.5 cups water for 30 minutes.
2. Add a pinch of salt & ½ tsp ghee — slows sugar release, enhances aroma.
3. Boil, then cover & simmer on low for ~15 minutes until water absorbs.
4. Rest 5 minutes, then fluff. Keep grains firm — don't overcook (preserves low GI).
5. Pair with dal or seasonal vegetables for a balanced, low-GI meal.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store airtight and consume within 2 months.
